The ISM has continuously promoted the professionalism of the Security Manager to benefit individual managers and the Security Industry as a whole, where a recognised platform was needed to represent their views

Working with Training Providers to develop courses and qualifications for Supervisors and Managers and ISM is actively involved in the consultation process on the Regulation of the Security Industry. Our Patron, Rt.Hon. Bruce George MP, for many years tirelessly lobbied for Regulation

In order to achieve our aims, ISM works closely with other leading bodies in the security industry such as JSIC, SSAIB, Skills for Security.
